I have been with Selex for maybe 5 or 6 years now. I have been very grateful for the service I have received. I did switch from one of the huge national companies for payroll. Unfortunately, the previous company was not handling my business' quarterly payments to the state properly, leaving me with penalty fees and leaving me alone to "fix" it. (This happened more than once.) Once I switched to Solex, not only did they assist me with correcting the previous errors with the state, but any little question I have, they are always quick to assist me. I have other friends and family who use Solex for their businesses as well. Can't speak more highly of my experiences thus far.

As a payroll service I have been very impressed with the customer service. After many years there has not been any issues with payroll. The service is professional and consistent. What really surprised and impressed me is the safety net they create for your business. There were issues that arose with state and federal tax reporting that I was not aware of. I was contacted immediately by a Solex representative and the issues were corrected! Impressive savings!

We have used Solex for more than 5 years now. They are by far the BEST payroll company I have ever worked with and I've worked with all the major ones out there. Briana has handled our payroll since the beginning and I can't tell you the number of times she has saved me! She always so helpful and very responsive. They were fantastic to work with all through COVID craziness. Their customer service is the BEST I've ever experienced. They are also super helpful with their communication, reminders, reporting from the system and keeping us up-to-date on legal changes that might impact our company. I love their online system and the interface is very easy to use. I used to have other payroll service providers call me to try to get me to switch to their company, but I won't consider switching. I'm super happy with Solex and would highly recommend them!!

I have been with Solex Payroll Systems for over 15 years. To be able to say that I still get the same exceptional customer service that I got from my first payroll is amazing. Matt has built an incredible team. I have had to call on them at various times and someone is always there to answer my questions.
